Lots of you loved the Eyeball Cakes and Brain Jelly I created last year for Halloween. So, I thought I'd combine the two strange and spooky creations and great this Eyeball Jelly!
Want to make your own eyeball jelly? You will need...........
- Jelly
- Edible eyes
- Hot boiled water
- Jug
- Spoon
- Bowl
Start by making up the jelly with the boiled water as per the packet instructions.
Pour into the bowl and put into the fridge to start to set.
After an hour or so, and once the jelly has cooled but not full set, add the edible eyes. Don't add them whilst the jelly is still hot as they will melt.
Return to the fridge to set and after a couple of hours you're done.
Enjoy as a sweet treat or for a Halloween party dessert!
