Welcome back to A Very Snowy Christmas - 16 Weeks For An Organised Christmas!!! Our week by week to get you ready for Christmas.

It's week 12!!!

This week it's time for the Christmas clean and elf planning!!!

Let's start with those pesky elves!!! Now, I'm going to be super honest with you. We've NEVER DONE Elf On The Shelf. When my son was little, Elf On The Shelf had first become popular and I tried to find one, but everywhere had sold out. The year after my son said it was creepy and he didn't want one in the house having experienced it at nursery. So that was me free of the pesky elf, but I'm also aware many of you aren't!!! So, lets get ahead of the game and plan your ideas now. Pinterest is a great place to start and a great resource for ideas. I'll also be share some ideas soon too. If you don't do the whole Elf On The Shelf thing you get to skip this task. So on to the next part of week 12!!!

The next task for this week is to do the Christmas clean!!! I know that some people find this overwhelming so here's my tips to make it easier.

• Tackle a room a day
• Try to keep the time between 45 minutes to 1 hour per room
• Dust, vacuum and clean the windows
• Remember to dust light fittings, check for cobwebs and wipe down radiators
• It's the BIG CLEAN, so if there's more than just you in the house assemble your team
