A unique gift - Twenty Fingers Review & Giveaway

I like to think of myself as a good gift giver. I love to give thoughtful gifts and, often, unique gifts. I search for individual and different things to give, and I keep a list of things that people mention they need or would like and make use of it for birthdays and Christmas'. I was keen to follow this through for Father's Day and, along with our handmade gift, I wanted to get Daddy something very special.

So, when Twenty Fingers contacted me and asked me what I thought of reviewing one of their creations I jumped at the chance!

Twenty Fingers is a family run business based in Milton Keynes offering unique and personalised gifts, with papercuts being their specialty. I had seen papercut art before but nothing like the impressive creations of Twenty Fingers!

When I first looked at their website I was bowed over by their intricate designs and attention to detail. How could these pictures be created with paper?

I took my time looking through the website and chose my design. There are lots of styles and layouts to pick from, along with different coloured frames and paper. We are redecorating our bedroom soon and we are having a very white theme, so I went with a white frame and paper.

Picking which photograph to use was easy as whilst we were away on our trip to Thomasland I took a lovely picture of Joseph snuggling up to his Daddy. It is such a lovely picture I knew that was the one I wanted the team at Twenty Fingers to use.

Unfortunately smack in the middle of the picture is a water bottle. So after my order was placed I dropped them an email asking if the picture was OK and if they could remove it from the picture.

Lana was quick to react to my request and I soon had a proof to check over. I was free to request changes and after one small alteration I had two further proofs to choose from. I picked my favourite and received an email when my picture was dispatched.

When it arrived I was slightly lost for words. It was absolutely fantastic!

The intricate work and craftsman ship is amazing. The picture and the wording I chose look fantastic.

I never realised how good and how amazing papercut art could look but Twenty Fingers has shown me just how incredible it could be. Not only is the picture absolutely brilliant, so is their service. Enquiries are responded to promptly and there's email updates to confirm your order, check your proof and to confirm dispatch of your order.

I am certainly impressed, as was Daddy when I gifted it to him on Father's Day!
