Getting Crafty With DesignBundles.net

Collaborative Post

Many of you will know I love a bit of crafting! Most of my projects are aimed at children and are created from my years of experience as Brownie leader (aka Snowy Owl).

Just like when I create crafts and activities for my Brownies, a lot of the ones here on Mummy Snowy Owl are budget ones. Nobody wants to spend a lot of money on craft items that they may not use again. Many of us also don’t have the money to buy expensive craft materials or equipment that might only be used on a couple of projects.

Growing Your Business Via Email

Sponsored Post

When I first started this blog it was all about fertility and our struggle to conceive. Then under the name of The Katie C Blog, it was an outlet for my emotions. The arrival of our son saw me moving things forward with posts on pregnancy and parenting. I then began to mix in craft ideas from my experience of being a Snowy Owl (Brownie leader) and Mummy Snowy Owl was born.

How We Potty Trained In A Week!

It's been a while since we potty trained, but after commenting on a couple of posts on social media about how long it took us and getting a lot of 'wow, that was so fast' and 'how did you do it', I thought I'd share our potty training experience with you.

Please don't mistake me for any kind of earth wonder mother or child psychologist though. Like many parents the thought of potty training filled me with dread and the thought of pee and poop on my carpet, furniture and me, made me feel a bit sick. As our little boy approached his third birthday though, it was time to get on with it!
