Welcome back to A Very Snowy Christmas, 16 Weeks For An Organised Christmas.
It's time to take the next step in our planning with week 3!!!
As part of this week's task we're going to start our.....................................PRESENT BUYING!!!!
Yes, I know some of you will say it's too early, but with only three pay days, possibly four dependant on when you get paid it's time to spread the cost and make a start. You'll grab some bargains, won't have to be elbow to elbow in the busy shops and you may even be able to grab the 'must haves' before they go out of stock.
But before we start that we need to a place to stash the gifts before they arrive. So pick your hiding spot and make sure it's neat and tidy. This isn't just for those of you with kids, it's for everyone. That way no surprises are ruined and people can't peek. This is especially important if you have a mother like mine, who regularly tries to sneak a look at her gifts.
Now, let's make a start on the buying. First, you don't need to buy everything right now!!! Just make a start. Browse the sales, take a look at the many shops that already have gifts both in store and online. I'd also recommend taking a look at the Amazon daily deals to grab a few bargains too. As you order make a note of the gift and the cost next to the person it's for on the list you've made.
Once your gifts start arriving, stash them in your hiding spot.

I realise for many of you that this early bit of Christmas shopping may seem too early for some of you but to plan early and be more organised also means purchasing early too.
