Festive Rocky Road

There's lots of Christmas recipes around at the moment and after the success of my Reindeer Cup Cakes I though I'd do another! 

Now, I've seen all the short clips and links for Festive Rocky Road but nearly every single recipe is American and features ingredients that we simply don't have here! So after a bit of research I've created this original recipe! 

It is very easy to do and if done correctly is something of a showstopper!

This week's book of the week is one many of you will know. Although prior to having our little boy I hadn't come across it and I certainly didn't know until I read it that it had a festive feel to it!
