Making An Enchanted Rose!

Who loves a bit of Disney?? If you raised your hand and said "ME!", this craft is definitely one for you to try. Even if you're not that crafty it is super easy, like really, really easy and possibly the easiest craft I have ever done!

A red rose in a domed glass

Here's what you'll need
  • Glass dome - £6.95 @ Ikea
  • Artificial rose - £1.50 @ Ikea
  • Scissors/pliers

Equipment listed

Start by laying your rose against the globe to help you get an idea of where to cut it. You will need to leave enough on the end to bend round and balance the rose and enable it to stand.

Cut the flower, but take care in cutting to as there is wire running through the centre of the plastic stem.

Bend the end of the stem round so it is almost circular in shape.

Next, position the rose on the globe base. You may have to bend and straighten it here and there to get it to stand.

Cover with the globe. You may need to fiddle with the leaves to ensure they don't poke out.

That's it you are done! You have an Enchanted Rose for a fraction of the cost that they are to buy!

Enjoy!

  12. Finding the best wholesale flowers deals is a great achievement, especially if you need a lot of floral arrangements and don't have a huge budget to work with. Then flower deals will help you. But it's important to remember quality is key. Without that, you might as well go without flowers altogether!
